Release Technique (release) - is based on natural movements and positions of the body and based on the principles of reducing the voltage by using the breath and inertia in order to facilitate movement.
This technique of modern dance is based on the release of certain muscle groups in order to obtain skills to use only those muscle groups that are necessary during the dance. By using this technique evolving an understanding of your own body, which gives a wide variety for development of choreographical lexis of the dancer. In the process of learning techniques included anatomical aspects, such as bone structure, muscle, respiratory and nervous system. These topics minutely sort out at the beginning of the lesson, followed by their practical development in certain exercises and dance combinations.
The main attention is on three basic programs (the balance, articulation (momentum, inertia), gravity (center of gravity, the weight of the work)). An important aspect of this technique is to teach the technique par terre (with floor), the technique of falling and bias of balance.
