This links will show you choreorgaphies from different classes at Pineapple Studios. All the classes I took in Pineapple Studios were Jazz Contemporary ( or Lyrical Contemporary ).

This choreography for me was quite easy technically but physically it was very tiring and hard so at about 0.46 seconds of choreography It was hard to breathe and the body has already been as a quilt.
I felt really good about this routine because i enjoy dancing lyrical contemporary and I also noticed that I definitely improved on turns and flexibility. I also started to push even harder even when I feel that it's limit and to be honest it make such a big difference which I have never noticed before.

When I first danced this piece I thought that I look very good but when I saw the video of me dancing I immediately disappointed. Of course there still was some bits where I do something good but there were so many details which look awful and unfinished.
At 0.32 seconds you can see a jump from the floor into standing position. I'm currently working on it that time I didn't even know that I can't do it properly. I also noticed that in this particular choreography I was in a hurry all the time so I didn't complete most of the movements which look very bad especially at 0.35 you can how I don't do moves properly and it looks like I'm skipping them.
Despite all cons i really like the the last two gestures when I stand up and as though I push away someone. It looks so powerful and strong.
In this piece you have to have a total control of your body and control all the muscles otherwise you will just easily fall or lose the move and will not catch up. I noticed that in this choreography I have to use a momentum to get me up or down. You also need to be flexible enough to put your leg up or to go into a nice plie. Also in this particular choreography you need to have a strong arms.
As you can see on 0.14 seconds I'm doing like a leg throw back and after that I need to go into plank and not to hit the floor with my face. You also have to have a good musicality to hear all emphasis in the music. So actually this 21 seconds piece include a lot of skills and without them you won't be able to dance it beautifully or even without injuries.
This video doesn't show me much but as you might see this choreography is very challenging. The music itself is very energetic and fast and so is choreography. When we first started to learn choreography I already felt uncomfortable to dance it but after a while of practice it became more fluent and natural. I also noticed when I dance with music my moves and the way I feel choreography is very different from when I practice without any music.
That day while doing this choreography I fall and injured my knee but unfortunately for now I don't have a video of this moment. There is a moment when we jump backwards with one leg up and the other leg bended ( 0.15 ) and I was wearing sock as well so I slipped and fall straight on my knee but I continued dancing. While I was dancing one more time I couldn't stand on my knee or do anything on it because I've in so much pain.
The next day I still couldn't even touch a place where I fall to and it also started to get black as a bruise. About week past and the show is in one week the knee hurts so much that I can go on the floor and do the choreography. I was getting worried and Lucy suggested that I should go and get checked out, but I didn't go because I thought it's going to get better and eventually it did. Although there's no bruise any more I still can feel a little bit of pain when I go on my knee.
