"This piece was inspired by the intricate 1913 Kandinsky art work. In this picture he is literally portraing the elemental force of Life, Harmony arising out of Chaos - which was what we interpreted. When I first looked at the picture of work "erratic" stood out to me, there was not just one colour , or theme to the pieceof art work, it is simply all over the place. So whem we decided on a title we chose "erratic" to be the first word.
The dance itself is not just limited to one genre of dance as we included a various amount of movements from different genes as this enhanced the title name. It meant that we would not be limited to the dynamics of the dance not the style.
The song we chose fit the picture and out movements perefectly. The beat is roughly the same throughout, however it is not a simple piece of music. The colours seen when listeting to the musicis orange and yellows, and when there is a sentenceof spokenword, it gives a dark feel, which contributes to the dark blue and black in the artwork.
