In our Martha Graham Technique Assessment we were assessed on;
Floor work;
Stretch up Posture exercise,
Bounces in frog position, 2nd position and parallel,
Simple contractions in frog and 2nd position,
Deep contractions with added left and right stretches,
Breathings and foot floor exercises,
Pleadings,
Exercise on 4th position,
Back stretch on floor.
Centre work;
Turning out exercise,
Foot articulation,
Brushes, in parallel, 1st and crossed,
Leg extensions plain and with tilts,
Strides,
Jumps,
Standing contractions and back exercise.
Travelling;
Walks,
Triplets,
Turning Triplets,
Jumps,
Sequence to end assessment.
