Exercise 1
Aim: To demonstrate articulation of spine (through execution of roll downs, curves, flat back, swings and rotations.) To demonstrate isolation/segmentation of torso.
Exercise 2
Aim: To demonstrate the ability to shift beyond your kinesphere through use of plié. To demonstrate connection to gravity in fall and recovery. To embody dynamic of swipe initiating from wingspan.
Exercise 3
Aim: To soften into the floor. To use your hands as your feet.
Exercise 4
Aim: Travel exercises (various jumps, turns.) To demonstrate ability to shift, elevate and land through use of plié. To demonstrate follow through on all laps.
Exercise 5
Aim: To explore your connection to musicality and own language of movement.
