This morning was very intense. We had half an hour of technique lesson with Emmeline and then half an our of Collaborative Performance Project Rehearsal with Emmeline too.

Technique lesson was like a warm up for us before a hard work.

In Collaborative Performance Project Rehearsal we did a group formation which we created yesterday with Lucy but today developed it even more. We added a new phrase:

  • Small scoop forward with the right leg, spin to the right.Push the left arm with the right back, which continues into a circular motion stopping at the right knee ( lifted ). Push the right knee away and body down . Throw body up and retract back down again.Lift the right hip up to turn face the back. Step left right.

This formation is in triangle and I'm a center of it so I have to work hard even more to make it look great and not to mess up everything.

I n the afternoon with Lucy we did the same thing as we ddid with Emmeline.

After being warmed up we showed Lucy the phrase which we added with Emmeline this morning. Afterwards we began to add t this triangle formation even more with Lucy.

So the first thing we did was transformation and transition after Emmeline's phrase into new V- formation. But we got stuck for a while because we couldn't make an good transition into new formation. After a while we did make a good transition into V- formation but then we had another problem. Somehow we couldn't stay exactly in a V- formation.

I really enjoyed this lesson. Even though some people were complaining, we had such a good atmosphere in a studio and also everyone were so energetic and active. Perhaps it's because our music changed or the phrase we 're is quite urban.

In the second lesson with Lucy we began a new arm sequence which is very very fast and there is so many details that not everyone can get from the first time. It was quite fun lesson but everyone still was concentrating ion the choreography.
